How Do A IT administrator configures and Allocates new systems

 1. Check stock Availability. Stock asset is not available, then taking stock from other location. Otherwise procuring new system based on needs.

2. If system is available in stock , then check if system data is backed up and system is fresh. If not either doing a fresh installation from CD or USB. or Resetting system completely.

3. After resetting\re-installation give Specific IP address and Host Name to machine based on the pattern that followed.

4. If system is in domain - need to add system to domain as per company policy.

5. Then start installation of softwares and configuring each.

6. Install and configure Outlook, Antivirus application, printer etc.

7. Import list of Bookmarks that User frequently using.

8. Finally add applications that user constantly using in task bar or Desktop.

9. Guide how to use each individual application that unfamiliar with the user.
